Crates Roping and all around
The Crates/Patterson All Around tree is similar in fit to our Team Roper with two exceptions: the cantle is an ideal 3 1/2" high for calf roping, and the front is undercut for a proper position. Also called the TM tree. We use the same very narrow ground seat for comfort and position of the rider. The tree bars are the same as our team roper for correct fit to the horse. For two decades the choice of pro and non-pro, throughout the US, Canada and many Eurpean nations. Constructed on time tested Crates/Patterson Team Roping tree, Rawhide covered, in both quarterhorse (6 5/8" gullet) and wider foundation quarterhorse bar spread (7" gullet) with full five year limited tree warranty. Seat sizes are available from 14 1/2" to 17". Each Crates saddle is made from heavy saddle skirting, carefully hand tooled and finished. All hardware is polished stainless steel. Cantles and horn tips are accented with natural honey-colored rawhide, with a wide choice of hand engraved silver conchos and padded seat colors.

hardware. Hand oiled and finished to match each saddle. 2
1/2" wide contoured. Double stitched saddle skirting.
Roping Flank Sets - Heavy double and stitched skirting, latigo lined. Stainless hardware. Cinch is 36" long, flank billets 24". Colors: Light natural, medium natural, chestnut, mahogany. Flank billet finished in plain, basket and flower. Specify when you order. Bell Stirrups - Side laced honey rawhide bell stirrups over extruded nylon core. Two tread sizes. Large bell is 3" tread, small bell is 2 1/2" tread. 5 1/4" clearance at the tread Deep Roper Stirrups - Natural (honey colored) rawhide side laced stirrup, or polished aluminum cast stirrup. 3" neck, 5 3/4" clearance width at the tread of the aluminum stirrup, 5 1/4" clearance on the rawhide laced. Tread at the footpad is 3". |
